The day-to-day management and administration of the work of Om !sA is in the hands of a National Executive Council (NEC). A Board of Trustees, which serves as moral guarantor and oversees broad policy and financial affairs, guides our activities. The Board is in turn answerable to line ministries and other stakeholder in regulating the management and operations of non-governmental charities.

The General Assembly, comprising NEC members, two volunteers, the Chairman of Board of Trustees, the Legal Adviser, Regional Programme Managers and corporate representatives, is the chief decision making authority of Om!sA.
